    You can feel the intention that Veronica and Angelica poured into creating this land the moment you arrive. The energy in the Maloca and throughout the property is so strong and supportive, it held our retreat in the most beautiful way.

    The food alone is a ceremony. Every meal was fresh, organic, and crafted with so much love by the chefs and staff. I felt cared for, nourished, and supported on every level.

    I spent one week at Ater Tumti, and it was one of the most restorative experiences of my life. After giving birth and more recently losing my grandfather, I came here emotionally drained, but I left recharged, peaceful, and deeply supported.

    From the moment we arrived, there was a deep sense of calm and intention woven into what has been built here by some great people. Surrounded the jungle, birds and monkeys, views, it's a holistic retreat designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect. The spaces are beautifully integrated into nature, we enjoyed a peaceful morning, sipping coffee with panoramic views, the ocean in the distance, while our 7 yo daughter enjoyed the swimming pool. Whether through yoga, meditation, or simply being present in such a serene environment, this place slips you in to "pura vida" easily. If you’re looking for a meaningful escape, not just a place to sleep, Ater Tumti holds space in a way that’s hard to explain and forget. We would stay again, and also want to try one of the holistic retreats that Veronica and her crew do!

  • What a beautiful venue!

    What a beautiful venue! The view you’re able to witness from the top looks like the Jurassic Park movie, mesmerizing views of the jungle. Once parked, we walked to a setup with the kitchen/bar, a big infinity pool, and a stage with the dance floor. Personally, I really enjoyed a later darker atmosphere with less bright lights while dancing to the dj. Not only more comfortable , but you can see the stars as it’s not so light polluted from the top.
    The way back to Samara only took minutes. Highly recommend this venue for any group events.
