Movement has been the gateway to Carlene’s personal development for the better part of her life. As a child, she trained extensively in classical ballet. Today, she builds upon that foundation, integrating a deep layer of spirituality and intention into her practice through the lens of yoga.

Carlene is a dedicated practitioner who holds a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training certification. She continually deepens her expertise, holding specialized certifications in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and The Science of Meditation, alongside formal studies of the Sanskrit language.

Currently residing in the coastal community of Sámara, Costa Rica, she teaches public classes and leads immersive group retreats. As a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), she also facilitates several advanced programs throughout the year, specializing in the complexities of subtle body anatomy.

Deeply immersed in and guided by the path of Tantra, Carlene enthusiastically shares her knowledge by blending ancient Tantric wisdom with modern insights.

She views this synthesis as a powerful tool for empowering all areas of life. By incorporating transformative pranayama, intentional mantra integration, and a dedicated emphasis on the pranic body, Carlene gracefully guides her students toward new discoveries on the mat.
