Founded and led by Consciousness Educator, Matías De Stefano and the BIOORG team, this retreat proposes a new way of understanding projects and businesses: as living organisms with a body, soul and spirit.

This retreat is being hosted at Ater Tumti, a holistic retreat centre in the heart of Costa Rica. Located just 15 minutes from Sámara Beach, guests will have the pleasure of enjoying Ater Tumti’s state-of-the-art amenities including the Maloca for work-shopping and activities, an infinity salt pool overlooking the mountains, a communal kitchen for shared meals and scenic hiking paths for quiet exploration and reflection.

The closest airport is Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport in Liberia, Guanacaste, which is approximately 2.5 hours drive by car. Alternatively, guests may arrive at Juan Santa María International Airport in San Jose, which is approximately 4.5 hours drive by car.

Accommodations are determined by your ticket. There are 3-tiered ticket options:
1. VIP/ Fully Immersive :: 4 nights accommodations in one of Ater Tumti’s Luxury Treehouses (private room in a double occupancy Treehouse).
2. Standard :: 4 nights accommodations at a modern hotel in Sámara; our guest liaison will handle your booking.
3. Workshops Pass :: guests are required to organize their own accommodations & transportation to Ater Tumti.

YES. For “Standard Ticket” holders, a daily shuttle service will be provided, transporting you to/from your hotel to Ater Tumti Retreat Centre.

Our Guest Liaison will provide you with information about the daily shuttle service, including location pick-up/ drop-off.

No. A Fully-Immersive ticket includes daily breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. You are welcome to bring non-perishable items into your room.

Lunch and snacks are included with both the “Standard” and “Workshops” tickets. Guests are responsible for their own breakfast & dinner.

All workshopping equipment and materials will be provided for you. It would be useful to pack:
Notebook/ note-taking device,
Reusable water bottle,
Comfy clothing attire for yoga & breathwork,
Bathing suits,

Yes. Leading up to the event, guests will receive a detailed schedule outlining the retreat’s daily activities.

VIP/ Fully Immersive ticket holders will receive direct guidance with Matías De Stefano, the BIOORG team & local facilitators.
All other ticket-holders will receive group facilitation with Matías De Stefano.

June is a wonderful time to visit Sámara. This marks the beginning of our “green season” with beautiful, sunny mornings and afternoon/ evening rain showers. The weather remains hot, but not as humid as later in the wet season.

All reservation deposits are non-refundable. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit may follow the refund timeline below. All balances are due & must be paid in full by May 24, 2026.
Before April 24: full refund, excluding the non-refundable deposit
Between April 24- May 24: 50% refund of full ticket price, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
After May 24: No refunds; however, passes may be transferred to another guest before June 1st
Please note, if you paid for your ticket in full-price, the non-refundable deposit rates are as follows:
