COMMUNITY
We believe that true healing happens in community — when hearts come together with the intention to remember who we are beyond the stories and roles of life. In this sacred gathering, we awaken through reflection, presence, and shared love. Each person becomes a mirror, reminding us of our essence — pure, radiant, and whole.
-

STAY
Staying in our Tree Houses invites a gentle reconnection with nature. Surrounded by the lush forest, hear the whisper of the wind, the birds’ songs, and the Earth's heartbeat—while enjoying the comfort and serenity of a peaceful, cozy space. It’s an experience that blends simplicity, beauty, and deep Nature connection.
-

HEALING
The maloca is a sacred space where transformation unfolds. Here, we gather to remember our true nature and open ourselves to healing on every level of being. Through diverse modalities of healing — such as ancestral ceremonies, breathwork, yoga, meditation, the maloca becomes a temple of awakening.
-

SALT POOL AND SPA
The saltwater helps release tension, soothe muscles, and rejuvenate the skin. Whether floating in silence, enjoying mindful moments, or integrating the experiences from the maloca, the salt pool and Spa offer a peaceful and healing complement to the retreat journey.
-
FROM FARM TO TABLE
We honor food as medicine and nourishment as a sacred act. Fresh, locally grown ingredients heal and reconnect us, delivering more than nutrients—the energy of the soil, the devotion of the hands that plant and harvest, and plants grown in harmony with nature.
-
OUTDOOR ADVENTURES
During your retreat, you’ll enjoy a guided visit to the beach, just 15 minutes from Ater Tumti and home to Sámara. There, you can connect with the healing energy of the sea, participate in active outdoor activities, or simply relax and breathe in the ocean air.

THE TEACHINGS
The true purpose of yoga is Self-realization—the union of the individual self with the Supreme Self.
Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest and most foundational branches of yoga.
Through Hatha Yoga, we purify the body and quiet the mind, creating the space for this union to unfold.
With the path of Hatha and Raja Yoga, guided by self-inquiry and a sincere desire for liberation, we are gently led back to our true essence.
At its core, Hatha Yoga works through three main pillars:
Asana (physical postures) — to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness
Pranayama (breathwork) — to regulate energy and calm the nervous system
Meditation — to cultivate stillness and inner clarity
The 12-Day Immersion are set in a serene retreat center with daily vegetarian and vegan meals, creating the ideal environment to go deep into your practice and studies.
Daily Schedule Mornings (7:00am–12:00pm) are dedicated to practice: Pranayama, Dharana, Mantra Japa, Chanting, Asana, and Yoga Nidra. After a nourishing lunch break (1:00–3:00pm), afternoons (3:00–8:00pm) shift to study and teaching: Vedantic and Yogic philosophy, Sun Salutations, Vinyasa breakdowns, key poses, and group teaching practice every afternoon.
What You Will Learn The curriculum covers the full spectrum of Hatha Yoga — Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandhas, and Yoga Nidra; Vedantic philosophy including the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, the Koshas, Gunas, Kleshas, Karma, and the Teachings of the Masters; Basic Anatomy & Physiology; Adjustments & Assists; and how to create and lead a complete Hatha Yoga class.
Online Continuation After the immersion, training continues online on selected weekends: August 22 & 29 (3:00–8:00pm, 10 hours) and December 5 & 6 (hours TBA). To graduate, students will teach a observed online class, submit a recorded class, and write an essay on a topic covered during the immersion.
